How white elephant works
Everyone brings one wrapped gift. Players go in a random order.
On your turn, either open a new gift or steal one that's already open.
If your gift is stolen, you immediately take a turn: open a new gift or steal a different one. No stealing straight back.
A gift is locked once it has been stolen the maximum number of times (usually 3).
When everyone has a gift, the first player gets one final chance to swap.
